I’ve been living in the suburbs of Syracuse since June of 2008 while I finish my thesis and help my Mom with some health-care issues she has had. Mom lives on a quiet street and has a good-sized backyard, which is great for Roswell to explore and hang out.

I lived in this apartment 4+ years and when I left some of my neighbors still knew me as just “Roswell’s Daddy”.

Roswell has always been a drooly kitty. Give her five minutes of scratches behind her ears or along her temples and she’ll leave a little puddle of kitty drool at her feet. Those little spots all over the comforter are from her drooling. (I remember this was after I had been gone for a couple days at my then-girlfriend’s place and Roswell was super-lovey/needy when I came home. I must have spent 15 minutes petting her to make up for being gone.)

As an indoor/outdoor cat she has all her claws intact. And they are sharp, painfully sharp. This video shows how she keeps them that way. This tree is in front of that apartment; She had another sharpening tree on the back patio of the apartment.
